We are now looking to strengthen our team with a new employee:

Order Handler & Technical Preparer Stencil

The purpose of the Order Handler is to ensure that the customer receives a stencil delivered on time according to their order and specifications, both in terms of time and quality.

The purpose of the Technical Preparer role is to ensure that production preparations are available for production prior to the start of production, and that these refer to the use of correct materials, machines, and tools, and that the process is explained with sufficient clarity to guarantee that the right quality and good efficiency in manufacturing are achieved.

To achieve the purpose of the role, responsibility is assigned to make material and machine choices as well as time and cost registrations, and to document this in a formal production preparation in our MPS system.

Job responsibilities include, among others;

· Order reception, design, preparation & delivery monitoring of stencils

· Verify content in customer orders and contact the customer for investigation if necessary

· Create manufacturing orders and design stencils according to customer wishes

· Order reception of frames

· Quality responsible within design & preparation of stencils

· Back-up to ensure that frames for stencils are available for production

· Maintain a list of the frames that our customers use

· Follow up and manage quality deviations regarding stencils

· Maintain software and library structure

· Note important events for each customer

Your profile:

· Knowledge of PCB manufacturing is a requirement

· Component knowledge

· English/Swedish in speech & writing

· Experience with CAD/CAM software, such as CAM350 or equivalent.

· Knowledge of Monitor & Lime is an advantage

· You have a willingness to learn new things, get things done, and understand the importance of satisfied customers

· Solution-oriented and proactive

· Good collaboration skills and communicative competence
